This ranch is located in the southwestern corner Edwards County on County Road 630 six miles southeast of the intersection of  Highway 377 and FM 2523.

The ranch has a mixed terrain of rugged high hills, limestone bluffs, large canyons and more gentle valleys with dry creek beds running through them.

There are three wells with windmills on the ranch which provide abundant water for the wildlife. 

Vegetation on the ranch includes large pinon pines, live oak, escarpment oak, elm, hackberry, mesquite and cedar trees. Numerous species of native brush and grasses complete the list of vegetation.

The diverse covering of vegetation on the ranch provides an ideal habitat for whitetail deer, free ranging exotic animals, feral hogs, turkey, quail, dove and other small game.

Owner financing is available for all tracts offered for sale. Interest rates will vary according to the down payment, term of the note can vary with a maximum term of twenty (20) years.

Qualified Texas Veterans can use financing provided by the Texas Veterans Land Board. This loan program is a benefit to military veterans by the state of Texas, low interest rates and a term up to thirty (30) years.
